The Basement Frequency offers a dedicated rehearsal environment where bands and artists can refine their sound, experiment with new ideas, and prepare for performances in a professional yet comfortable setting!

Studio Rates

  • Band Rehearsals & Studio Space Rental Rates:

    • Hourly Rental Fee: $40/hr (CAD) minimum 2 hours per session

    • Continuous Rental Fee: $35/hr (CAD) minimum 1 session per month

    • Daily Rental Fee: $260/day (CAD)  8 hour session

    *Includes use of drums, amplifiers, microphones & cables (does not include the use of studio recording equipment)

  • Band Recording & Studio Space Rental Rates:

    • Hourly Rental Fee: $60/hr (CAD) minimum 3 hours per session

    • Continuous Rental Fee: $50/hr (CAD) minimum 1 session per month, minimum 3 hours per session

    *Includes full use of rehearsal space & recording equipment, as well as full use of all instruments (including guitars), amplifiers, microphones and cables. Session includes support from industry professional recording engineer.

  • Video Editing & Audio Mixing Rates:

    • Audio Mixing - $45/hr (CAD)

    • Video Editing - available upon request
